At Kids Soft Play, every product is made with love and care—just for you. Since all our soft play items are custom-made, we want to make sure you understand how our shipping and refund process works. We’re here to make your experience as smooth as possible!
Shipping Information
Production Time
Because your order is made especially for you, please allow 7–10 working days for us to prepare your product before it ships.
Delivery Time
Once ready, your order will be delivered within 2–5 working days across the UAE.
You’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details once your package is on its way.
Shipping Cost
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across the UAE. If you’re outside the UAE and would like to place an order, please get in touch with us directly.
Refund Policy
- Since our products are custom-made, we follow a no-refund policy.
- However, we’ll gladly fix the issue if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was damaged during delivery
- There’s a manufacturing defect
- If something’s not right, please contact us as soon as you receive your order, and we’ll make it right!
Exchanges
- We’re happy to offer an exchange if your order meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered
- The issue is reported immediately after delivery
- Approved exchanges are usually handled within 7–10 working days
