  1. Custom-Made Products

All products offered by Kids Soft Play are custom-made based on your specifications.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • We urge customers to carefully review product details, measurements, and options before confirming the order.
  1. Ordering

When placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information.
  • Be available for communication regarding your order, delivery, or customization requirements.
  • Understand that we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order if there is an issue with payment, customization clarity, or suspected misuse.
  1. Prices and Payment
  • All prices are listed in AED and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The final amount includes product cost, applicable taxes, and delivery charges (if any).
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Cash on Delivery
  1. Delivery Timelines
  • Production Time: 5 to 7 business days (may vary depending on order size and design).
  • Delivery Time within UAE: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
  • Incorrect address or lack of communication may result in delays or failed delivery.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours, provided that production has not yet started.
  • If you cancel after production begins, your payment is non-refundable.
  • Orders refused at delivery or canceled late may incur additional charges or handling fees.
  1. Return & Exchange Policy

Because all products are custom-made:

  • No refunds or returns are accepted once production or delivery has been completed.
  • If the item arrives damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A replacement or exchange will be offered only for items verified as damaged upon arrival.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damage are required to process any complaint.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

✅ Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All products are custom-made.
  • No refunds, returns, or cancellations are accepted after 12 hours of order placement or once production begins.
  • In case of damage during delivery, a replacement may be provided.
  • Customer must report damage within 48 hours, along with photo or video proof.
  • We do not refund shipping charges unless the error is on our side.
  • Refunds for cash payments (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer. Customer must provide valid bank details.
